Responding to the convention center's need to update a deteriorating facade and an aging building, Muller Architects was commissioned to create a conceptual design to reinvigorate the exterior with new materials and technologically innovative graphics.

In addition a broader effort to improve the surrounding area was studied and incorporated into future planned improvements with conceptual sketches intended to create a more cohesive entertainment district. The management is currently using the graphics for fundraising.
