This compact project consists of 36 houses closely grouped on winding lanes. The cost of the houses ranged from the low $400,000 to over $1 million. The firm was responsible for land planning, house design, and marketing graphics. Design guidelines were created by the firm to emphasize the creation of a varied yet unified streetscape.
