The adaptive re-use of the old McAlpins Department Store in downtown Cincinnati involves sensitive rehabilitation of the historic facade, as well as effective interior improvements to lay the groundwork for 73 new condominiums, as well as ground-floor retail,ground floor and basement parking, and an exterior roof deck. Atria were designed to bring light into the core of the space.
